More than 40 people showed up in support of our watershed\’s forests, and for forestry reform in BC, at the third annual ForestMarch, on March 19th. Demonstrators came from as far away as Pentiction to support the cause.
With Peachland\’s water source under continual threat from clear-cut logging along with other industrial activities, Peachland residents want to send a clear message to the provincial government that the current regulations and practices for logging must change.
