PWPA applied for a grant from the District of Peachland to help bolster our community outreach and communication activities.
We were successful is obtaining a $1000 grant to support these efforts. Specifically, this grant will help to raise community awareness of the value of water and its importance to the quality of life of all Peachland residents. The funds will support a wider Communications and Outreach Plan, which includes this newsletter, in order to engage residents, from youth to seniors, in environmental education programs and activities.
