On June 6, 2020, PWPA sent the following letter to the Honorable Bruce Ralston, Minister of Energy, Mines & Petroleum, to express our opposition the mining exploration application by Flow Metals, and all other recent mining initiatives.
Our letter details the failure of the multi-use community watershed system, and emphasizes the overall damage to the watershed and water supply, caused by a lack of analysis of the cumulative effects of unchecked resource extraction. Read the full letter click the link below (opens a PDF file).
