Farewell Cory & Tamara

August 1, 2022 by PWPA

On  June 25 PWPA and neighbourhood friends held a going away party for PWPA co-founder Cory Sutton and his wife, Tamara. Their home here has been sold and they are off to Penticton. Cory is one of the three founding directors of PWPA so this is a real loss for Peachland and the Alliance. His intimate knowledge and understanding of our watershed is irreplaceable. But while he will be stepping down from the Board, he is remaining a member and will still be as active as possible with Peachland watershed projects.

PWPA co-founder Taryn Skalbania hosted a back-yard BBQ in honour of Cory and Tamara, friends, neighbors and PWPA supporters came out to wish them the best in their new town.

Thank you Cory for all you do to help protect Peachland’s water source.
